This is an international record where New Jersey citizen MIKE MANGINO [DV1100] and old Stuttgartian OBERST GREGOR [DV600/DV700/DV1200/DV1800/DV1900] have joined forces to contribute their part to the heritage of ultra minor releases. With a strong emphasis on color and rhythm THE TERRIBLE PEOPLE proof capability for the creation of smart industrial stomping...
"You say you care", the opening track, is smooth with slight piano notes and a sound reminiscent of Pushbutton Pleasure, who released some ingenious albums on Hamster Records in the UK until 1987. Then we have "Sticky Sticky", a six minutes long 'beat primitive' embedded in earthy ambiance and making you want to get more sounds. If it needs yet another warning of what might be produced within the subconsciousness then listen to "Krel ID-monster Den", a real stopper! "Nanonutte" is the last track and lets you off to the parking lots where members of the Post Office are partying with burning barrels to the sound of a dirty suburbia.
This TERRIBLE PEOPLE EP was produced in Germany and the United States and is dedicated to the institution that we all hate: the Post Office.
