Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellation is possible at any stage of proceeding with your order until it is shipped what usually will be the case 2 - 3 days after you have placed it. We ask you to inform us about a cancellation as soon as possible.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Since all items are manufactured with our own facilities and are tested each before going out, normally the product you get should be ready to start pleasing you. Nevertheless we compensate every item that does not find your satisfaction. Simply send it back to us, describe the problem and we send you the item again without charging shipping costs.
Q: Can I buy your discs at my local shop?
A: No, our products are only available via order from the DV website or GEMM. In the USA our releases are distributed exclusively via EAR/Rational and can be ordered from them directly.
Q: Will I get annoying mails with site updates or news from you?
A: No, the only correspondence that will take place is during the ordering process.
